Shipping & Processing
Our packaging and delivery of meats and fine perishable foods is second to none. Each quick-frozen selection is carefully packed in a double-strength box reusable Styrofoam™ with gel pack One Styrofoam™ chest can be used to ship multiple selections to one address. Please note that frozen and non-frozen items will be shipped separately, so they may arrive a few days apart.
Because we ship frozen items by a premium delivery service, we must deliver to a street address, and have a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Shipping and Processing Charges are calculated according to the charts in our site.
Sorry, but we are unable frozen foods to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Possessions, Canada, APO, or FPO addresses.

Return/Refund policy
At Regionalesmarket.com our goal is to provide you superior service and quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Customer Service Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.

If an item is returned as a result of an incorrect address provided by you, we can reship the product to the correct address at an additional cost to you. Due to the perishability of our products we are unable to repackage and ship returned items, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of the new product and we will cover the additional shipping
We are not and cannot be responsible for delays or problems caused by our Shippers (DHL, FEDEX or USPS). We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to “no one home”. We cannot guarantee that deliveries will meet tight delivery schedules or specific dates. If you need the products by certain specific date, please email us PRIOR to placing your order for confirmation this date can be met.
